Pills for weight gain or weight loss should be avoided like the plague. They can seriously screw up your metabolism. Want to gain weight? Lift weights. Your best bet is to eat more (but eat good food, not junk food or fast food) and do full-body workouts three times a week. Also, if you're trying to gaih, avoid cardio whenever possible -- it can be very detrimental to your weight gain efforts.

Skip the weight gain stuff. Eat potatos, pasta, beef etc. That weight gain stuff is no good for you in the long run.

Their really not safe at all. If you want to gain weight, do it the healthy way by eating carbs, protein, etc.
