depends on how tall eat healthy and eat less calories than ur body needs but at this age i would not starve my body of needed calories because ur body needs those calories to grow and if it doesnt get them its gonna leave u shorter and fatter when ur a grown up

You don't say how tall you are - you could be the right weight for your height. Young girls and children should never diet. If you want a more toned look, you should do exercise. You should eliminate as much sugar from your day. Switch from sodas to water and eliminate cookies, pies, ice cream, etc. You may feel healthier by eliminating sugar and exercising - but don't diet - you are too young!!!

Get active. Play sports, put down the video game and play. Join a team or hike or bike ride but basically, allow your metabolism to break down the food to ingest. Eat healthier. Instead of sweets, try fruit. Instead of chip, try carrots or pickles or cucumbers. Do it now before diabetes or bronchitis or other ailment sets in or develops

how tall are you? dont start dieting or anything cause you will lose that weight once you do sports or get active. 115 is really skinny. dont rush it you will lose weight. walk or ride a bike. you are young, dont worry about it.

um u could try stop stuffing ur face go outside and acctually excercise instead of eating big macs and playing games all day try healthy food and excercise oh and blame the parents if the parents werent so stupid they wouldnt let u get that way

How tall are you? If you are 12, take up tennis, skating,bowling, something to keep you active. Find something you enjoy doing so that you look forward to the activity. Have fun!!!!!!!!!!

it's too early for your age to be really concerned about your weight but that's good. it shows that your conscious about your health.
