I was going to switch from T-Mobile to Revol. I was wondering if anyone knew whether I can keep the number I have now when I switch. Thanks

Actually, not all numbers are portable to all carriers. Numbers are market specific and if the carrier you are switching to isn't released for that area ... than no, you wouldn't be able to port it. All you need to do is ask the new carrier rep to request portability availabilty. It takes only seconds and you will have your answer.

then give that code along with ur mobile number to new phone company within 30 days,
