The age of menarche is quite broad. It is not the least bit odd, that you haven't had your first period yet. If you are really worried about it, ask your mom to take you to her OB/GYN for a check up. It's isn't necessary, but it may give you peace of mind.

Everyone is different, most people is between 12-13, but you can still not have it by the age of 16, it is just late!

Well, all people get it at different times. And trust me, U DONT WANT IT! Its the most miserable thing in the world! So, enjoy the time that u have without it, because u probably dont have much time left.

I heard that it is when your body has a certain amount of fat on it. Heavier girls get it sooner, skinnier girls get it later. I was a heavy child and got it at 11 1/2. my skinny frien didn't get till she was nearly 14.

When your ovaries release the first egg into your womb and it is not fertilised Your womb will shed the lining and the egg Then you Will ave had your first period.

It depends. Some girls get it as early as 9 and as late as 17. Trust me, you don't want to rush it!

That depends. Its hereditary. If your mom got hers early you will too. I was 14 when I got mine.
And trust me sweetie enjoy your days now coz you have your entire lifetime to deal with it.
