when your house has been on the market for a long time and no one has come to look at it. I would talk to them first and see what the deal is and if they can't give you anything then say I think it's best for me to find someone else that can help me a little better.

when you are not happy! if she is a slacker fire her! too many go getter's out there ,find another!! Nan White showed me this house Sunday at 10 pm . started paper work Monday 8am great lady real go geter. real happy with my agent.

When your house hasn't been shown or you've received no offers within a reasonable length of time. Depends on how long you want to put up with that.

its usually 6 months but if your relater doesn't have an open house then its real hard to sell a house

when your house has been on the market for more than 5 months, or if you havent found ur dream home in more than 5 months.

IF YOU HAVE NO EXCLUSIVE CONTRACT WITH THAT ONE, GET MORE THAN A FEW TO LOOK OPUT FOR YOUR BEST INTEREST. USUALLY THEY ARE EXCLUSIVE TO YOU FOR A MONTH.
