The problem with your idea is that few Liberals would leave. They're not so dumb as to not realize how good they have it here.
A better idea is to let the New England states, New York, New Jersey , Delaware, California and Washington succeed from the Union and start their own Leftist/Socialist Nation(s). The great benefit to this idea is all the Liberal Congressmen and Senators that would be gone. Think about it.

No need, a lot of people will be renouncing their citizenship when the tax bill from this conservative spending spree comes due. Then you're gonna get everyone mumbling in their coffee during their 7 day work week/16 hour days going "I ain't paying *sniff*, I didn't vote for the guy..."
