If you are a girl, it most likely means you have a urinary tract infection. See your doctor soon for antibiotics! If left untreated, it can develop into a kidney infection for which you will need to be hospitalized. Meanwhile, cranberry juice and LOTS of water all day long will help reduce symptoms.
If you are a boy, you may have the above, or you may have gotten soap in your pee-hole. Wash more carefully. See a doctor anyways.

Kidney or Bladder infection, start drinking some cranberry juice and you can get cranberry pills over the counter at walmart at a decent price. If you cant afford to go to a doctor, this is a good rememdy. If you continue to have problems see a doctor exspecially if you have blood in your urine. If not treated, your kidneys can shut down not to mention all the pain you will have even at rest.

It could be several different things. Most probably Urinary Tract infection, or possibly a venereal disease. What it really means is that it is time to go to the doctor.

You either pee gasoline or you need to go get a penicillin shot. I'd guess the latter. Do see the doc. He'll get you set right.

Since this is in the books & author section, does this mean that you are actually writing a book on the subject? Let me know before I waste time researching this for you if you are not.
