I would say 2pac because most of his work proves it. Not to many people can accomplish what he did. Sure; alot of those other rappers make their music based on their lives but 2pac has been throgh so much. He has so many really good albums under his belt. What I think the best part about it is that all of his albums, each and every song, was good and made u feel exactly how he felt in each and everyone of those albums. The thing is that these other rappers r good but not like 2pac.

Iam from the old school some what so I think that Notorious B.I.G and 2 Pac is and was hot by far after Jay-Z and Nas all those other clowns just suck.
