maybe try to find some fish at your local pet shop that eats the mosquito eggs? the mosquitos lay their eggs and hatch in still water.

Lets address one at a time, the mosquitoes are easy. Go to the local home improvement store, Lowe's Home Depot, whatever and ask someone in the gardening area for something to treat a pond for mosquitoes. They should have a pelletized or granular chemical that will not harm the fish or plants.
The bees you are not going to get rid of and do not want to. They are there to get water and leave. It is only when they are harassed or stepped on do they DEFEND themselves. Let them alone and they will go about their business and leave you alone!
Hope this helps!

Go to an exotic nursery and ask if they have bladderwort. It's a carnivorous plant you can out in the pond that eats mosquito larvae.
The bees -and I hope you mean yellowjackets, not honey bees(which aren't vicious)- you can get a yellow jacket trap at the local hardware store and just hang it nearby.

do you have aeration (filtration)in your pond?
mosquito's don't like moving water
also get some small fish that will eat mosquito larvae, like
small goldfish or mosquito fish (gambusia = looks like
a wild guppy) don't trust pesticides
35 years experience w/ponds, koi, goldfish, etc
