Yes, we haven't changed much in 1000 years. We are bigger, judging by the size of Roman and medieval armour. And when I was a young man my height of 5 feet 8 was average height for a caucasian, but I feel very much a short-*** in a crowd now.
So, perhaps we will all be the magic 2 metres tall (6' 7"). After all, we used to think a six foot man was tall, but no more. Yep, I reckon men will average 2 metres and women about 6' 3".
We are certainly more muscular. Compare today's athletes with 50 years ago. Remember the old Charles Atlas "don't get sand kicked in your face" ads? Now, the average gym buff has more muscle than old Charley Atlas displayed in his ads (is he still alive - would be about 90, I would think).
But this is because we train more rigourously than sports people 50 years ago (and use more strength gaining products). However, would our sports heros be more muscular than the Roman gladiators, who would have trained hard. Certainly some of the Roman and Greek statues displayed some good musculature.
One other thing is that with the internationalisation of the world, we will become more mixed. Those coffee colored people sung about in the song, will no doubt become a reality.

The guys will all be 7 foot at least and midgets will be 5 feet,Fire arms will be obsolete ,for they will only be tazers and lasers, there will be no leaders to guide us for we all will lead ourselves and be judges.
There will be no land cruisers just hoover crafts, there will be no countries just one colony, except for the ones hidden underground.Crime will be a all time low,for it is death to one caught committing crime at the moment one tries to commit crime ,for the chip in the body will move at once from the main computer system that monitors humans ,will send mega volts to fry the brain.

we will not change
we dont have that capability to adapt in water or anything. And anyways, a borg has no emotion whatsoever. For humans to be like that, we will have to undergo intense transformation to be like that. Now it is unlikely

We will have no ears since no one seems to listen anymore and huge mouths for excessive talking. We will have a smaller cranial cavity to accommodate a reduced brain size since society is set up so that dumber and dumber people can now get by.

Big eyes with glasses, fatter asses then we already have.Pot bellied, atrophied legs, arms withered down to 2 long fingers for pecking out order to the computers.
Why,because people are lazy by nature and lack the drive and ambition to get off their asses.
