It can't be boring "god save our dum de dum, dum dum dum de dum, God save our dum dum". The English anthem is soooooo uninspiring and is probably why they haven't won a world cup since the 20th century. The best Anthem is the Germans, though I've heard the words are quite offensive. Does anyone know why?

im english but the scots national anthem (flower of scotland) is very rousing unlike god save the queen which is pretty lame

as an Englishman it has to be "God save the Queen" but musically i'd have to say the french (it pains me to say it but they have a fantastic national anthem)

Russia is very proud sounding, but Canada has the most musical one. (IMO)

French - but just the first few bars, then it goes the same way as all the rest (ie. no one can remember the words).
