i quess you could call rabies zombieizm because if you think about it zombies from the movie and the symptoms of rabies are very similar. For example if an animal with rabies scratches or bites you you can get rabies. Just like in the zombie movies. But no there is no animal that only feeds on human brains. an animal that is big enough may kill a human but it would eat way more than just the brains.

i'm pretty sure that any animal big enough to kill a human would eat the brains too.
