I heard this a good alternative to synthetic progesterone. If you have tried do you like it? Any side effects?

If you are not experiencing menopause, you shouldn't be messing with any hormone treatments unless you see your doctor first. You can cause yourself alot of problems if you get yourself out of balance. Just not a smart thing to do.
By the way, I am in perimenopause right now and have used progesterone creams to keep my periods regular. No side affects as of yet.
