The question to my anwser was very informative, thank you. I haven't had many partners with unprotected sex so how am I still "Precancerous?" I have had problems in the past with my immune system and still do, would that play a role in it as well? What is the next steps take if a biopy (cone) is done and something is found? I really want to know all I can about it as I have with many of my illnesses the more you know the better and it can keep an more "clam" in difficult situations. Any input you can shed light on would be so greatly appreicated>

After my biopsy came back positive i had conization (cryosurgery) freezing of a part of the cervix. It worked ok and that was 25 years ago and i have had no bad pap smears since then and 2 kids. i think immune system is possibly related.

I had a bopsy done last year for precancerous cells. and mine came back fine. Sometimes women have these precancerous conditions and its nothing. I'm like you very few partners and it can happen from time to time. I was 32 when it was discovered. My friend had it also and she is 24, so it happens to women all the time. Get the biopsy and then you can relax for a while it doesnt hurt, just slight cramping like when you're having a period..
