lots of school. lots of curiousity. not to be afraid of dead people???

You should start trying to major in forensics and/or criminology in college. You also will probably need connections. Although, there are a ton of shows that focus on it....few people get to work in forensics.

It takes plenty of schooling in criminal justice, which includes things like basic law, forensics, security, investigation, etc.

tons of schooling (college years), hard work, persistance, and a common sense brain.
