I just have 8lbs to lose to get back to my pre pregnancy weight. diet and exercise after month show no results. what else can i do?

You can do it! That's an easy amount. Are you breast feeding? That will help. If not, just cut back on calories and excercise more. I know you can do it. 8 pounds is nothing.

Just 8 pounds? Jeez I gained 60 with my son, thank god I lost 70 and still sweatin away more. P.S Cabbage soup diet
