how many spider-men have there ever been? i'm talking about from all timelines. if you can list all of them (names and comic names, even all of peters clones.) then you get the best.
if you cant remember names, tell me how man spider-people there have been. (woman, girl, everything with spider in it)

to the first responce. ouch, way off. ben grimm is the thing from fantastic four. but your on the right track with the first name, i'll give ya that. and peter was only spider-man / man-spider, nothing else, no other time line. venom is not a spider-anything.

Peter Parker is Spiderman, but you've also got that alien costume Venom, it's offspring Carnage and Toxin.
During the Spider Clone saga, there was Kaine, Spidercide, and Ben Reilly, all of which were clones of Peter. Ben swung around town for a while, as Spiderman when Peter lost his powers, but later became The Scarlet Spider, and was killed by The Green Goblin. (boo hiss)
Recently, Peter encountered Ezekial, an old man with Spiderman-like powers. He sacrificed himself to rescue Peter.
There's also Spiderman 2099, but I don't know what his name was. And don't forget Jessica Drew, Julia Carpenter and Mattie Franklin who called themselves Spiderwoman.
Have I missed anyone??

Aside from peter parker there was a Ben RILEY. Sorrey I had said Ben grim If you include Venom as a spider man than him. I believe there was a spidergirl. There was a black widow but that might have been DC. There was a spiderman of the futer but I believe it was still peter. I'm sure there were more that I can't think of.
