If you have big boobs it will. Get a better bra. You dont need to enhance cleavage or extra padding if your boobs are so big your back is hurting. I am a 34 D and I wear a sports bra- makes me look alot thinner and keeps my back from hurting. There are some really cute styles of them too.

Yes, this is a very common problem for women with large breasts. The weight of your chest is putting extra strain on the muscles in your back. One solution is a breast reduction. But a better one would be Pilates. The stronger your core muscles and abs are, the easier life in general is on your back. If you aren't interested in Pilates, you might at least try some ab exercises (crunches, etc.) and see if increasing your ab strength helps with the back pain.

Yes, large breasts can be a cause of back pain, especially in the upper back. The extra weight can add strain to the muscles in that area. Poor posture will also be contributory.

I would have to say yes as I too get frequent back pain from the weight of my breasts. I find to that if you are a smaller person it seems to make it a little worse.

You can have large breasts and be happy by having breast reduction surgery. The surgery takes the excessive load off the back. I know someone who had the surgery about 15 years ago. Talk to your personal physic an to see if this procedure might help.

Yes, the weight can cause great pain sometimes permanent injury. They hurt me too. I can't sleep on my stomach. I never asked to have them! I guess I'm being punished. I'll get over it!
