Unfortunately, for some insane reason invasion was cancelled, shocking but true. There are rumours that sci-fi channel is picking up the first series for re-runs and if successful. they might commit to a second season, however nothing is guaranteed.

sorry to be the one to tell you this but it was a flop in America so they are not making a second series
