depends on what you want is a shower for a pool then all you have to do is make a base drain and run water to a faucet and hook it up

there is a shower hose that can be attached to your faucet, then mounted on the wall. It can be used as a regular shower as well as a hand shower. In my opinion, you should go to one of the "home improvement" type stores and see what is available, as all the questions you have, and then make a decision
