It says I'm provisional. What does that mean?

Provisional = 'played less than 20 games'
The reason: If you played that few games, then your rating does not accurately measure your skill.

it means you are still green for this game, when you play more games. You can change to be a real player.
Even you are still provisional rating, the ratings are still counted

You are a begginer... Once you complete some rated matches your rating will go up and you will actually see a number and color rather than provisional...

This is your rating when you first begin to play a game within yahoo. After 5-10 games you will receive an offical rank.

I think New Zealand because of their very bad result of test cricket. Recently England has defeated New Zealand very badly also their performance not like good now. So, I think New Zealand is the most under rated test cricket team in the world or I think South Africa is the most powerful test cricket team in the world.

Don't quote me on this, but I believe it means your a beginner. Once you play enough games, you can actually get "ratings".
