Mexicans aren't easily accepted overseas. Borgetti was critized by many_he was not allowed play time in the field but he did scored many goals. Here is what the team had to say about Pardo(Club America) and Osorio(Cruz Azul)

Head coach Armin Veh said: "We lost three important players in Soldo, Hinkel and Stranzl from a defensive point of view. It was important to strengthen this area and both are capable of playing in a number of positions. Ricardo can play anywhere at the back and is very strong in one-on-one situations. I hope he can show the aggression on the pitch that often failed us last season. Pavel can play as defensive midfielder or wide. He hits a good dead ball and can play out of the defence. They both wanted to get to Stuttgart as quickly as possible which shows they have character and are looking forward to the new challenge. They know what we want in Stuttgart and are prepared for that."

Germany league is kind of difficult. Succeeding there has to do more with the kind of person he is than with the sports part.
This is a common problem for players, specially when they are young. Nevertheless I believe that Osorio has many options to stay in Europe over the next years, and he will very likely have offers from better teams and stronger leagues.

Pardo is getting or should I say old it was kind of pointless for stuggart to get him but if they need a guy like him in that position so be it now Orsorio he will do good but yeah the height will kind of not help.

You are right about those facts, but I think it is a good thing for Mexican soccer. Mexican national team only has one player playing outside the Mexican league -Marquez-. They need to get experience playing in competitive leagues.
