My husband and I are trying to conveive. I was diagnosed withe endometreosis, which I hear, makes it harder to conceive. I am experiencing some other signs of early pregnancy, such as backaches, headaches, and tender breasts. It is a few days too early for my period to start, but my period has been known to be irregular. I am experiencing cramping, which I sometimes experience pre-period. Is it possible to cramp during time that period is supposed to arrive and not have it.. or still be pregnant?

You could still be preg cramps may be a sign of growing or your body adjusting to something new in it. You will just really have to wait it our I would say if you think you are preg depending on how late it may be just buy a cheap test and see. I have twins and I had all kinds of weird symptoms with them versus my single preg, wait a few more days then go get a test it can't hurt .

I, too, have endometreosis & I also have 5 sons, 2 of which are twins! You may be getting your period, but then again maybe not. It's hard to say. When I was first pregnant ( I didn't know yet ) I would cramp up as if my period were coming, but it didn't. Lucky for me my periods were like clockwork, so if I was a day or two late I would know I was pregnant despite the cramping. Endometreosis doesn't always make you infertile as I am living proof of that, but when women are diagnosed with it I wouldn't waste any time on getting started on a family if that's what you want. Good Luck!!

if you have an irregular cycle history, i wouldn't jump to any conclusions yet. you get excited thinking you are pregnant you will be devistated if your period starts. cramping prior to your period is normal... feeling like your period is going to start any time when you're pregnant is normal... there is no way to tell the difference because all of the pre-period signs are also early pregnancy signs. the only reliable sign of pregnancy is a missed period, and that too CAN be misleading. try to focus on something else for a few days until you think your period's due... take the test the first day of your missed period. and i know some people may tell you to take a test that COULD tell you a few days early, but if you read the fine print, they don't guarantee that they will know anything sooner than the first day of your missed period either!

These could be PMS or pregnancy symptoms. My mom had endeometreosis and the pregnancy symptoms or more painful when you have it than for the average person.
It is harder to concieve, but not impossible. When I got pregnant the first time, it felt like I was going to start, so I would race to the bathroom and there would be nothing. For days I did that before I took a test and it was +.

Because of your endometreosis you could still experience cramping. If you think you are pregnant and experience cramping or spotting I recommend you consult your OB/GYN for the answers you seek.

Yep, every time. When I'm newly pg, I have cramping, backache, bloating, tender bbs (sometimes not as tender) - just like I'm going to start my period. That's why it's so frustrating to look at symptoms. You honestly just have to "wait and see". GL!

Yup! A small amount of "implantation cramping" or some "implantation spotting" is normal. I had those types of cramps with two of my pregnancies. They're generally milder than menstral cramps. Email me if you want further details. Best of luck to you!

Just wait a little while and see. The cramping might be due to implantation...or it could be pre-menstrual cramps.
Spotting can occur for either reason, too.
Good luck and I hope you have conceived a little one!
