Odds are you (or someone else) spilled something on your keyboard. In that case, your keyboard's mainboard is shorted, and there's nothing you can do. Buy a new one.
Maybe your keys are physically stuck together. Look into that.
If you try a different keyboard, and you still have the same problem, then your windows key mappings are corrupt, probably do to a virus or some spyware. There are registry entries to map keys. If this is the case, let me know and I will find the appropriate fix.

Run a virus scan. If that doesn't show anything, try using a friends keyboard on your computer to see if the same thing happens. You may have a faulty keyboard.
