How can I tell my mom I got my period? I have used all the tampons that I had how can I tell her without being emmbarassed and I dont want to wirte her a note (every one suggests that)

aww this is so cute. well honestly, i didnt tell my mom b/c we dont have a good relationship so she just saw the dirty underwear in the hamper. it sounds like u have a good relationship w/ your mom so you can just come out and tell her. good luck and congratulations ♥

Your period is nothing to be embarrassed about. It is a natural part of being a woman. Your mother has experienced them for years. Telling her really shouldn't be difficult. Just keep in mind that Mom has them as well!

Just ask her to buy some girly supplied for you (tampons, pads, whatever you'd like).
I'm with the other ladies here, you're mom is expecting this. She'd be more wierded out if you went years and years without having it.

Your Mom will cherish that you are telling her about your period. She is a female - just like you - and a one time had to tell her mother that she started her period.

just be like cool about it. tell her that you need what you need and hug her it will be all over with then. so then youre both happy.
