ok so this window keeps voming up and keeps saying that you have such and such seconds until your window shuts down. And I've tried everything mcafee, norton, Adaware etc..... how do I get rid of it?? I'm fed up. What do I download?? It's really annoying me so, if you can help; YOU ROCK!!

when the countdown starts to the following start--> run--> type in shutdown -a yes there is a space between shutdown and -a
this will stop the clock.

I was actually able to remove mine with http://www.sarc.com
they had an online removal tool.
Use online removal tools. Not downloaded software.
