Ok the fundamental thing is that they have not been rescued because they flew off course and therefore the search teams would have been looking in the wrong place. By now you are not meant to have all the answers but think about it we now know ( in the UK anyway) that the others are real people, the smoke is different from them and there were two group of survivors from the plane. A second plane also crash landed, andthere was definitely some sort of experiment going on.

But dont forget all of the things which have been 'solved' like locke's wheelchair, the re-uniting of the coloured lady & her husband (sorry can't remember their names), what is inside the bunker, and that the otheres are human!

Keep watching its likely to be a long ride and if you like that sort of detailed, twisty & turny plots then you're gonna love series 3 - my australian friend says its amazing!

This is one of these shows you have to watch over and over again, paying attention to the smallest detail, because I am sure there are hints, but am not able to find all of them with just one watching. Add in the commercials for the "Hanso Foundation" and you have a very complicated puzzle. honestly, I do not have the time to invest in the show as much as I'd like (I'd need to spend more time on it than I do on yahoo answers!) so I just pick up what I can and enjoy the ride.

This might be a good show to buy on DVD, and if I ever had the time, I would.

Thats how they want you to be, hence the name! Like X-Files, did the same thing. Kept you guessing and wanting more. Season 2 of Lost comes out on dvd on October 3rd.

It's plots and sub-plots that seem to make no sense as you watch it week to week and just as you think you've got it figured out they throw another possiblity at you. It's called suspense and it's meant to keep you watching until the final few episodes when everything will finally come together. Reminds me of the X-Files.

Well is losing fans I think.. or maybe that's just me....
I don't like that it looks like its all a scientific experiment, and I guess that after a few seasons, people are gonna get tired wondering what the..... is going on...

There are loads of different theories out there including ones that say they are all dead. Another one is that one of the characters is in a coma & that its all figments of their imagination.

Too many things to pick up when watching it just once!
