After is better I think, because it washes away all of the sweat and other stuff from your skin. Besides, it would take a lot of the spontaneity out of it if you planned it well enough to shower before.

I think sex is better if my partner and I are reasonably clean. So, if it has been a long day, it's probably a good idea to shower.
And, if you do it right, you're going to get sweaty so you may want to shower after.
It's all about being comfortable with your partner.

Both. Take one to be fresh and so clean before you get down. Then after getting nice and dirty..oh and sweaty...then take another to get so fresh and so clean. Then you start all over again.
