He says he likes to watch all people. No proof he has ever cheated. he says I have nothing to worry about. I was never insecure before this.

I went through the same thing with my husband when we first got married. I felt neglected because he made new friends at his new work. They were all single and loved to drink and go out. I was very jealous because I felt as if I was being put second in line all the time. I tried to be the bigger person and be understanding but the more I tried the more it backfired.

My suggestion would be talk to him about it. Sit him down and explain exactly how you feel when he stares at other women. Maybe he'll learn to be subtle.

I am no longer jealous about his friends when he started giving me more attention and spending more time with me. We have different work schedules so we rarely saw each other during the dating years. But he made a point to spend as much time as he can with me. That's when I felt secure. Could it be that your husband is neglecting you just a bit? More than usual can trigger that insecure feeling. Chances are, it's just a phase in the marriage...

Women and men are still human even after marriage (or in a relationship). It is perfectly normal for both to look at others (and is healthy at times). If he says he wants you, I would believe him.

Well maybe he is being disrespectful and its really not about you being so jealous. Tell him to look on his own time and have enough respect for you to not do it when with you. I mean really, cant he give you that much ?

Just cuz you're on a diet, doesn't mean you can't look at the menu. It is fairly typical behaviour for guys - just replax
