They came for a holiday in Bavaria! Brazil will always be Brazil, not win this time, they can always do it next time.

Didn't even seem like they had 5 of the best players in the world. I couldn't tell. They were a lackluster team who should of easily taken this world cup with no problems, but i guess too much stardom in one team is hard to mold into 1...2010 will be different.

A big disappointment. Brazil cannot keep playing defensively. That's not the game Brazilian players like, that's not the game Brazilian fans like, that's not the game the world likes of Brazil.

A big disappointment and let down this world cup. I dont think they were giving it their all with the passion it takes to win the world cup. They needed to train harder and want it more. But anyways they cant win everything gotta give the other teams a chance ;)

Ill tell you why they lost - Because they forgot the meaning of patriotism!!! They played football as a team with brazilian shirts on - they didnt play football FOR brazil. Those guys lacked that patriotic drive that you need to win a worldcup - France had it, they were pumped up and wanting to win for France, for their country - Brazil played because the Brazilian football association told them they had to play. All the players, except one, in the team plays for clubs in Europe - they get paid in Euros, their friends are european, and they only go back to Brazil for a holiday - they forgot what it feels like to be Brazilian. Even after they lost, only a few went back to Brazil, most of them went back to their villas and mansions on the Mediterranean coast, in France, Italy or Spain.

They deserve the cup because the Brazilian team somehow always manages to play with all their heart in every game they play in,it's like they really know what they're doing, want, and need. Until they start getting cocky, overzealous, horrible, they will have my vote.

Yeah, You guys are right, Brazil played with the Name and Fame, they were on Vacation, and some of them love to drink a lot of beer, and they were in the land of the best beers. It's like the Dream Team in the last WorldChampionship, they were, are and will be, always the best basketball players of the world, but like Brazil on Germany2006, they failed and lost, because they played for themselves and not for the team.

Tell u the truth, the brazilians play really a good football, but the do not play it in harmony between each others. I think that the pressure that surrounded them couldn't allow them to show their real talent

I really didn't see them play too much this time, but I'm guessing they did not live up to their potential. Nevertheless, did you read that they won the award as the fairest players? After the shows that Zidane and Rooney put up, and all the yellow and red cards for Portugal, that means a lot in my opinion and you can be proud of your team.

I think they were good enough to have won it all, but I knew they wouldn't. They played like a bunch of millionaires who thought they could just show up and the other teams would cringe in fear. The French didn't, and so the brasileiros got to watch the championship match in the comfort of their own homes.

Brazil’s top stars did not managed to beat France, and the reason for that is their starlet believes that here is no team that can strike ‘em goal! But I guess they were wrong…
