Would someone please tell me what we base any decision on beyond our own experience.?

Would someone please tell me what we base any decision on beyond our own experience, and then proove that that basis exists independant of our experiance.

We don't base any decisions on anything beyond out own experience. Even if our decision is based on the advise of someone else, their advise is now a part of our experience.

we base our choices on experience, societal regulations and expectations, pros and cons, and what we desire.
