Hilton Netherland Plaza in downtown Cincinnati. It's a beautiful hotel, around $100/night and it includes breakfast.
Have fun!

The Radisson in Convington, KY is a very nice (and round!) hotel right accross the river from Cincy with spectacular views of the city. On the top floor is a Revolving Restraunt that moves while you eat...it takes about an hour to do a full rotation, and the view from this restaurant is breathtaking! You will pay less than $130 to stay there. I highly reccomend it.

I stayed at Days Inn in Cincinnati, I don't know about romantic but it was nice and clean and the people were very friendly. Also they have a free shuttle that runs every hour if you are going to or from the airport or somewhere else. I think it was around $60.00 per night and they also have free wireless internet just in case you happen to take a laptop for any reason.

I recommend the LivInn Suites in Sharonville (15 miles from downtown Cincinatti). Though I have not been there, I stayed at a hotel nearby (The Ramada), but this place seems more romantic with all 5 star reviews on Travelocity. Next time I'm there I think I'll check it out myself.
Hope this helps!

Sorry but impossible. You need to spend cash if you want romance. However, Staybridge Suites in West Chester does have a lovely hot tub and splendid waffle bar.

Go across the river about 10 miles into Kentucky and stay at Wildwood Inn (Florence, KY). It's a great place.
