i saw it and i HATED it only because of the cliffhanger ending. what does anyone else think?

I liked it but just didn't enjoy the ending! It ruined the whole movie for me. (personally)

why did you hate it? I thought it was awesome. the plot was much thicker and it was definitely darker. i thought the end was great, i never saw it coming(i don't think anyone did). you should have expected the cliffhanger ending knowing they were filming 2 & 3 at the same time, they producers wanted to leave you itching for more. it did 55 mill on friday(beating sw revenge of the sith) and 132 mill in 3 days. word of mouth must have generally been very good to do those kind of numbers

Great movie, loved the cliffhanger ending. I can't wait until the next one comes out....But 1 question, why was the monkey still undead?

Cliff hangers suck. I had to put up with that from LOR and HP. Remember these are made by men. And men are notorious for leaving me hanging.
