None. Reality shows are awful. They're cheap TV that appeal to the lowest common denominator, and they cost much less than scripted series, so the networks save money compared to what's spend to make a traditional TV show.

i am a reality tv junkie- I like all of them. But I LOVE Amazing Race because I can see the world.

The Amazing Race. It's not a bunch of people in a house whining, fighting, and sharing way too much about their lives. It's just a competition with some great scenery.

To answer, once again, I don't watch the "reality" shows, mainly because they aren't real, but also because I don't like watching rude, vulgar exhibitionists act like jerks.

im going to go with Hell's Kitchen, completely because of the head chef. It is great to watch people with funny accents yell at and degrade the fools who cant figure out how to work in a kitchen. I worked banquet halls and other restaurants all throughout high school, why cant these morons figure out how to make simple food?
plus, its funny seeing people fail.

My life on the D list (kathy Griffen) cause I think she is way funny and tells it like it is..
also Project Runway.. I like how they show how the different designers come up with different idea's for different themes.
