It's a good quote. I've never heard of it before, and a lot of the quotes out there now-a-days seem to be recycled or bad. Not the most amazing quote ever, but it's got some truth to it and seems original.

Yes, I like it because it says that we all must be accountable for who we are and what we become. We could use more of that in the world today, no?

No its crap. You could still be someone you like and not be on the process of becoming the person you want to be.

its ok, but i don't think i agree with it completely, there are 20 miles of gray area between becoming the ideal person (to yourself) and becoming the opposite. 'the person you don't want to be' to me means a 'bad' person, and i think thats too much of a leap. i can fail to become a world class tennis player (assuming thats who i want to be) but not become a serial killer, see what i mean?

It is very good. One that I personally also like is "If you are not trying to solve the problem you are part of the problem itself".
