HAVE A LOOK AT WWW.ANCESTRY.CO.UK OR WWW.GENESREUNITED.CO.UK WHERE YOU CAN SEARCH AN ADDRESS

What town is it in?

Low Moor, Virginia

I suggest that you contact the Historical Society in your town and they will probably be able to assist you. A home that old must be on a registry.

LOW MOOR HISTORY PAGE. UK
Has pictures etc. Same thing in England only contact the old churches for the information...the churches kept all of that during the time you are asking about.

SO wherever you live....GOOD LUCK! (:-)

Try wyke library. They have a few low moor history books, if you ask they should be able to put you in touch with the local history group which are active around that area also.

pop into your local records office (ask in the library if you don't know where the records are held). You should be able to look up the history of the property. You can also use the online Census records and search by address
