collect up picture of other people's kids from Christmas cards; collect postcards from around the house too and cut them up, or use old cards and get kids to help you
use rubber cement to attach them to bristleboard (heavy paper)
take it walmart and have them laminate it like a poster on a board
you can also use white glue to make a small collage on a lightswitch cover

Clip pics from a magazine . Buy poster board and pour glue onto it. Paste the pics in your unique arrangements and then smear a dab of glue onto the top of the pic, and repeat process until all are adhered.
