NOT SAFE AT ALL!!!! sperm comes out before ejaculation and sometimes guys pull out a second late - either way you are asking to get an std and get pregnant!

Not very safe. While you are having sex, a guy is leaking pre-***, or semen, into your vagina the whole time. When the guy comes, he ejaculates more semen inside of you. So even though the majority of the semen is released when he ejacualtes, there is still semen released into your vagina using the pull out method.
Also, occasionally a guy will come all of a sudden, a 'suprise' to him.
Not recommended if you truly want to prevent pregnancy.

I have a son who is 19 years old and a 15 year old - now I am pregnant with our third - guess what?? The pull out method DOES NOT WORK!
Be smart and use a condom or get of birth control. Don't let anyone fool you into beleiving that this works.

My 14 month old is a result of this method so it is not safe.

not very....I have two little boys now and I used that method! Use protection or dont have sex. There is a high chance of pregnancy and std's.One mistake could change your whole life. And sex is not worth dying over or having to raise children when you cannot afford it!

Not safe at all. Pre-ejaculate contains sperm and many guys "dribble before they shoot". Besides, you never know when it is gonna sneak up on him and he won't get out in time.

it is 87% effective. This is the method I have used for four years (with the same guy) and have not gotten pregnant.

You're about as well off not pulling out. Which in many cases feels better.... so stick with that, or go buy some condoms.
