Big fish eat smaller fish. That's just the way it is. If the fish that are disappearing are small enough to fit in either the angelfish's or the ghost fish's mouth, then yes, they will eat them.

The angelfish wouldn't be eating the smaller fish. I had three angels in my tank, along with different types of tetras, but the small ones of my tank were, and still are, long finned blue danios. They weren't even 1/4 the size of the angels, and yet, the angels never touched them.
Now, ghostfish, I'm not sure about, but I'm guessing they're the same as angels, attitude-wise.

Angelfish are semi-aggressive and should only be kept in tanks with fish that are able to hold their own against them. They are not suitable for community tanks, as they will eat anything smaller than they are. I'm not sure what you mean by "Ghost Fish". Are you talking about ghost catfish, ghost knifefish? What kind of ghost fish?

Angel fish are very tough fish. Me and my mom used to have some and whenever a little fish got the food before it the Angel fish would kill it. Very mean fish they are.

Angel fish are one of the nastiest tropical fish available, they will attack or eat any smaller fish they can.
If in a community tank try only mixing them with fish which have small fins..like cat fish...loaches etc..
