Maybe surprise with a getaway for the weekend. Bed and Breakfast. Take Friday off and surprise him. Or better yet, call his boss and see if you can get a day off for him with a surprise. Candle light dinner and drinks after. Check around for nice hotels in your area. Good Luck!

Go to a concert or a play. A fancy Japapnese restaurant in which they could bring out a cake after dinner, in NY or maybe in your hometown there's something called Circle line where you can ride a yacht for several hours around the statue of liberty, dance on the boat, eat dinner or lunch, and be entertained by a live band or a dj. also the waiters put on a show for you as well. This boat ride is GREAT!
or book a fancy hotel, bring a sex game along or toys along with champagne, strawberries, and he would love to see you in lingerie. One of these should help

Romance? My husbands birthday was a few months ago. We are saving for a nice romatic vacation. So I asked him what he wanted knowing we are saving for that vacation. He wanted me to cook dinner in nothing but heels and an apron. Men are always easy and we ended up having had a nice night. cheap, but full of romance and fun!!!!!
