Be, do, have comes from deep observation of oneself...It is states of being we chose to experience, nothing to do with business, for it would be applied to any aspect of our life in different forms.And we do apply without even deliberating it.

Actually, this has its roots based in NLP (Neuro- Linguistic Programming), practiced by many well-know motivational speakers, such as Anthony Robbins, Steven Covey, etc. There are slight variations, according to the particular "culture" of that individual, but its essence remains the same.
