You could tell your cousin what's he's doing. You wouldn't want a jerk marrying your cousin would you? And you should tell him to stop. Bring your boyfriend next time he asks you to hang out with him.

Okay, I have read all the responses and must add a small voice of caution. First of all, yes, the guy is el-creep-o. Obvious. He is not ready to marry a mail-order-bride from Uzbekistan, much less your own flesh and blood. Second, tell you cousin, or don't. She'll find out one way or the other.
The new point I'd like to add is that you seem completely unaware of your own signals that you are sending into the world. In your original questions, your first comments were ones of repulsion - ewwwww, gross guy - and then by the end, you basically said you would fool around with him if circumstances were different. That is a mixed message, and I'm sorry to say, the men-dogs of the world are only going to hear the second part.
Your other questions are highly provocative - I'm only 17, I have my nipples pierced, where does everyone think I should get my next piercing - etc. Again, this pool-groper sounds like a scummy wipe, but if you don't put a filter on, and only flirt with the ones you mean to flirt with, you are going to attract more of these nasty guys.
Look, I imagine being a free spirited young thing just discovering your powers of attraction is an amzing ride. You really sound like a wonderfully energetic, lively woman. But that spirit is easier protected now with a little discretion, than salvaged from bitterness later.

What do you need an opinion for. You should sit your cousin down and tell her that her boyfriend is a loser and whats been going on. STAY AWAY from him. Oh yeah and telll him if he tries to get fresh with you one more time you will tell your boyfriend.....matter fact...TELL your boyfriend anyway.
