If you don't have MS Word I recommend getting OpenOffice.org.
It is free and open source software that does everything the Microsoft Office suite does (word processor, spreadsheet, presentation, etc.) It too will allow you do create return labels.

Uh, Microsoft Word? No seriously. Do you want to print them on special paper or something?
Just use a template if that's the case, Word will let you customize it to the dimensions you need. Otherwise just print your labels using Word.

Micrsoft Word has the ability to do that. You just have to buy label sheets from Staples or Office Depot and then you can print them out yourself.

go to www.avery.com and download their software. It allows you to buy labels from wal-mart or any store (just look at the numbers on the top right side) and then make all the home made labels you want for printing.

www.vistaprint.com did some for me- you'll pay the postage, but that's the case anywhere, I guess.
