I am dating a man who's future ex-wife is coming to my house and starting trouble. She came over last week and got into a fight with him and smacked him and kicked him in the groin. We do have a child together, and she does not need to see her step mother, beat up on her dad. I dont want her on my property. What should I do?

If it is your property, you need to let her know that she is tresspassing and you will call the police if she is on your property again. I don't know if you can get a retsraining order unless you fear for your own safety. Tresspassing laws should cover your troubles. Call your poilce dept and ask them what you can do.

Go to the police and tell them what is going on.. they may scare her off... if she is a consistent mad women after numerous times and still leaves dead cats on your doorstep.. go to the local court and have a Selena (spelled that wrong and spell check won't fix it) issued for her arrest... the judge may issue one but it is not guaranteed. good luck

call the local police, and she is NOT your childs stepmother! she is absolutely nothing to your stepmother, if he has children with her YOU are the stepmother, but his ex is nothing to your child. just to clear that up for ya, anyway the local police will help you file the order.
