It depends. Some families are worthless in the long haul; but some friendships are, too. The reverse can also be true - some family relationships could survive a nulcear blast but some friendships can be equally as strong. Friendships and family are made up of the people in them and their love and dedication to each other.

well to answer ur question im not really quite sure myself i mean my mother was abusive.anyways i believe family is no matter how bad they bring u down.but friends r there to bring u happiness and joy when ur down.but mostly i think its ur family.good question
