I'm currently doing a therapy called ART (Active Release TEchniques), it seems to be helping but it's getting costly. Any other alternative treatments other than a cortizone shot?

Ask your doctor about any cheaper therapies.

'Alternative' methods cost money and do no better than a sugar pill taken with the firm belief that the pill will cure you.

I had a cortisone shot 5 weeks ago, my elbow felt fine for 3 weeks but then my elbow pain came roaring back worse than before the injection. I have been using this tennis elbow secrets program now for 5 days and my elbow feels much better. I can really feel my arm getting stronger as each day passes.

I say try Xango it is a Mangosteen juice (not related to a mango) and it has what are called Xanthones, which are super anti oxidents and super anti inflammatories.
I feel soooooo much better since I began drinking it approx 6 months ago.

Hi! You can try taking Nettles and Slippery Elm, and rubbing Chammomile essential oil on the affected area. Nettles and Slipprey Elm will help rebuild the joint, and Chammomile essential oil is an antiinflammatory.
I am at windstarhealing.com if you have any questions. Good luck!
