They're both great players. But the difference between the two is that Jordan made the guys around him better. Kobe doesn't give a crap about his teammates. He only cares about his stats. Making your teammates around you better players is what seperates the legends from the good basketball players

Bert and Matt are 100% right Jorden was way better than Kobe. But i enjoy watching Kobe play he is along with Iverson the best to play since Jorden. The next one to watch is LeBron. Wade is not on the level of those three. Vince carter was also great but injuries hold him back, Grant Hill as well.

MJ by far, i'm tired of pple comparing thm to each other there is no comparison, MJ won 6 rings without a dominating center in each of those 6 seasons, he had Luc Longley the last 3 years he was on the Bulls 4 crying out loud! Kobe won 3 rings riding Shaq, Shaq was the best player on all those Lakers teams tht won championships, teams made their gameplans to STOP SHAQ, Kobe was Shaq's sidekick. and u can c now, no Shaq, no rings for Kobe.
