Not sure you can. Pop and smtp are addresses are from your internet company. For isntance, if you have time warner cable, then the smtp and pop 3 addresses would be smtp-server.twncy.rr.com. With other company's it's usually mail.nameofcompany. com
Gmail is web mail, so you may not be able to obtain these addresses.

you have to pay Yahoo first then yahoo will send you the right pop3 and SMTP servers
