Not sure you can. Pop and smtp are addresses are from your internet company. For isntance, if you have time warner cable, then the smtp and pop 3 addresses would be smtp-server.twncy.rr.com. With other company's it's usually mail.nameofcompany. com
Gmail is web mail, so you may not be able to obtain these addresses.

altough i supose it requires something more then the free google mail but perhaps not just give it a try..

you have to pay Yahoo first then yahoo will send you the right pop3 and SMTP servers
