Cats are cleaner and they do not require as much special attention as a dog does. If you have a large yard, then a dog would be ideal, but as far as having a small place goes, a cat is more realistic.

Well, I don't really think there's much of a difference between dogs and cats. They both taste a lot like chicken to me.

Dogs. Cats are prissy little pansys that sleep all day and are never home, plus they don't play with you, and dogs love you.

No pet will show you the undying love that a dog will, but they're a lot harder to deal with. They're louder, messier (usually), and harder to potty train. Still, for the companionship they will return, they're worth every effort!
