I am looking for a large villa on the beach in Greece for 16+ adults for next summer. We'd also like the villa to have a pool.
Anyone know of anything that would suit our needs?

Also - we are on a budget. We want to spend under 400 per person. Marnei Mare looks great, but out of our price range.

At this point we are looking for places for 14-16 - one couple is not sure if they are in or out. I guess we would be interested in two or three houses next to each other if we can't find one that will house us all.

Try checking Craigslist.com at athens.craigslist.com. They usually list villas for rent. I found a short-term apartment there last semester.
You can also try contacting travel agents. I like Dolphin Hellas and Fantasy Travel. I found them on a Greek website called Athensguide.com or http://www.greecetravel.com/villas/

Would you like seperate apartments or just a villa? I noticed your question about 14 adults before. The largest single villa with a pool in this area can host 12 (5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms)

Marnei Mare is a good villa and sleeps up to 20 guests.

there is emerald villas in agios nikolaos (i have not been there) which the pool is protected. I remembered this website because i became searching accomondation in Zakinthos for my summer time holidays. also there is an extremely awesome classic luxurious villas complicated in Tsilivi, oftentimes referred to as "paliokaliva". please examine the links.
